macro window hepl!

I have macroquest up and running no problem, but periodically a "/" shows up in the macroquest window without any intervention from me. This is especially annoying because the randomness catches me off guard when I most need to cast a spell, or use the directional keys. The only way to clear it is to hit the enter key to clear the cursor from the mq window, but then will pop back in there again.

I tried to time how long it took before the / would show up in the macroquest window, but the time varies everytime I try to time it.

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or how I could stop it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your prompt reply guys, I found where the "." was bound to mq2chat_nrm in the macroquest.ini

I had taken a break from eq and didn't remember this happening and my "." was bound to "look up" in EQ.
