Shouldn't it work...??

I am new to the MacroQuest, but shouldn't it work when I load it first, then load EQW?

Issues with EQW exist. If you're not familiar with both programs and familiar with coding(your job or your 2nd life) then I would suggest you not try running the 2 together.

It works fine for me. Infact it only works if I run within EQW. If i run without EQW all my click events happen at a myserious second cursor in the middle of the screen.

Flippy,
If i rememeber corrctly the 2nd cursor happens when your desktop resolution is less than or equal to your eq resolution.

Keep the desktop at 1280 and eq at 1024 or 800.

that fixed my 2nd cursor.

As for running eqw and MQ at the same time. have no issues except when the 2nd account is logged in using eqw my macros slows down ALOT, but so does everything else.

I'm having the same second cursor problem, although mine's visible even when I'm not running MQ. I've tried changing res, I run 1920x1080 desktop and EQ at 1280x800 (I think, haven't played with EQ res in a while). If anyone knows how else to fix this problem, I'd really appreciate the info.

I found a work around for this problem.

Once into EQ (old ui) go to the standard gui (i.e not fullscreen) and click on Options. Click on Display. Hold in shift and click on the resolution to drop it down one step. Voila Cursor gone. Click on the reolution again to go back to your original rez.

Fippy.
