Error when exiting EQ

whenever I exit EQ I receive a crash message. I can hit 'enter' and it exits me back to my desktop.

I've noticed in the past that when this happens my %temp% directory has been deleted. I've checked all my system settings and I have no virus on my machine nor is there any other appearant obvious cause.

Any ideas?
