Monk Macro or Plugin

Post by Chill » Thu May 13, 2004 1:26 pm

Anyone have a cmplete functional monk bot macro or plugin they could share here?

I Have seen several requests and I have seen a few older macros, but most of them are not working atm and none were quite what I wanted anyway.

Would be nice to set an assist target or watch for some kind of attack command. Then engage the mob, possibly from behind if in DPS mode or from wherever if tanking. Maybe pop earthwalk if its available when engaging if in tank mode. Attack, do specials, beg/disarm if tanking. Watch for enrage. Optionally loot when the mob dies, possibly with a list of stuff to keep, destroy, or drop. Follow someone or return to an anchor. It would be nice to have the macro let me take control if I try to move (last stick macro I tried would not let me move unless I attacked off). And watching for GMs sounded like a good idea.

I found one stick macro someone had posted that worked for a while. It watched for rage and did specials. but I didnt really like the movement. It would often get in a loop constantly "bouncing in and out" of range, causing me to loose a lot of DPS. I also found that it followed too far behind when the mob was moving (being kited) and was oor like 80 or 90%

One other feature that would be nice that I have not seen, would be to FD when agro, if not in tank mode. And to Mend below some kind of threshold: say either hps below 10%, 20%, or whatever.

I may have missed a few, but Im looking for a fully featured monk macro. I have seen most of these features scattered out there through various macros, and I assume some monk out there has already combined all thise stuff into one (functional) badass macro, but I havent seen it posted here yet. =/

So, anyone have a working, complete, fully featured monk macro they are willing to share? Or anyone willing to put one together?

Thought I would ask before trying to reinvent the wheel, but if necessary anyone have any suggestions on a place to start to put this all together?

Thanks.

The /stick - /circle plugin is really nice with the /stick since you can set the distance, and seems to run very smooth
