${Me.Buff[Spirit of Wolf].ID} now gives you the buff number. This means you can click it off in your macro if you want, without a big loop ;)

how do we do this? a /mouseto
/varset buff "Lich" ....
....

/mouseto ${Me.Buff[@buff].ID}

this puts the cursor at the top of the screen nowhere near the buff window

how do i use the Buff ID to get the buff0-15 number?
