MQ2Data Macro example using the new syntax?

I learn much better by seeing functional examples... I'm sure I'm not the only one!

It would be really helpful if one of the folks who have a clearer picture of what's going on with the new system could port an old macro of sufficient code length to use the new syntax. The list of definitions we were given is great and helpful, but it just helps solidify the concepts in my mind to seee them in action. Finally! Type definitions! /praise
