First macro, need some help

I have a working version completed. The macro goes to many different zones and completes a quest. Only problem is it CTD every 2 to 3 zones. I am wondering if there isn't a command cache that should be flushing every once in a while. Anyone experience this type of behavior when attempting a macro to be run in a very long loop?
