Ok, here is my setup.
I have 5 computers, each has EQ on them.
Computer 1 - Main computer. Has a writeable network share "MQ2-Beta"
Computer 2-5 - Seconday Computers, run MQ2 over the network, run EQ off their local drives
This has always worked for me. Since the implementation of MQ2Auth I have tried several combinations of setting up and compiling, and I can't seem to get things working. Computer 1 can ALWAYS use MQ2, and the rest of the computers can always run it, but it will not inject on computers 2-5.
Here is the most recent process I used, which should have worked IMHO.
Fresh Unzip of the latest MQ2-Beta from yesterday.
Run MQ2Auth on computer 1
Run MQ2Auth on computer 2, 3, 4, 5
Compile MQ2-Beta with computer 1 using rebuild all to get rid of intermediate files that may or may not be there.
Run MQ2 on all computers, run EQ, see if it worked...
Now is it because i'm running MQ2Auth over the network? Having to do it any other way would drive me up the wall having to copy files and shit. It's easy enough to run one extra executable on all my computers before I compile, but having to juggle files and shit just becomes a nuisance.
If i did something wrong, let me know. If your code doesn't support this, you may wish to think about it I'm sure their are others who don't wanna juggle stuff around (or use ARCHAIC floppys~)
