Does anyone know of people who have been banned recently? I'm positive Verant knows plenty about MQ, just was curious, because, well, happy day tonight:

So, I'm hoping I don't wake up with a banned account!

Well, ofcause Verant knows about 'us'... But do they know everything? I think not :)...

I think it depends on what server you are on, according to how aggresive the GM's are. Im on a server (lalala) and i have never had a single GM issue... Other MQ'ers i know has had 'a lot'...

I dont think you should be scared of being banned, cause it is bloody difficult for them to prove anything - but again - if they ban you you cannot do anything against it :)

Yeah, its not the MQ account I'm worried about - just a level one on there banging away. It's the account I xfer to, so yeah.

Thanks for the uh, comfort I guess. When I do /gmlist now theres none on, though I know they don't always show. I'm just not sure if they can view processes while you're connected or whatever. That would be a bad thing.

They can, but they don't. Viewing running processes is possible but it would also be VERY illegal whatever their EULA says about it. They tried it before and then changed their mind after seeing how people reacted.

Is that all it said was GM talkin to you? What did the actually Gm say? My script has had that happen several times. First few times it was either someones name had GM in it or a merchant was selling rinGMail armor. There has only been 2 instances where a guide talking to me while macroing and I'm still here. Just gotta make your script smarter then the guides/gm's thats all.
