XML proggie

I would like to know, is there a program in wich i could create custom UI but graphicaly? I know nothing of XML (or any other programming language

) but i would like to make some mods to some of the windows i use.

yah i saw that.. can't even get it to run. I downloaded Widdle and Fiddle, both can't run.. got jm 1.4. Got any other prog to use for what i want to do?

That SHOULD run - it works fine on both my Win98SE and my WinXP Pro. Do you have the .net thing installed? you need that to run it.

You need jm 1.3 specifically to run sidlfiddle.

I use notepad, personally :)
