BUG: /filter macros none

If I do a /filter macros all

Then the line:

FilterMacro=0 gets changed to FilterMacro=2 in macroquest.ini.

If I then do a /filter macros none

Nothing changes. It doesn't set FilterMacro back to zero.

Bug or am I not using the right syntax?
