Unload revisited

Post by auth » Wed Aug 06, 2003 9:30 am

I will try and revisit the unload function today/tonight. Not sure that I can fix it, but maybe luck will be on my side today. I also have 2 tests in some classes tomorrow, so it may take a couple of days. Either way - I will post any info I find as I go along here and work on it - again, feel free to post any ideas under me. (I won't be home for another hour though, hurray for problem solving class.)

Not to rez a dead cow, but /unload used to work, no? therefore, the way it managed memory hasn't changed much (same detours). I don't see how closing mq kills eq just because of the memory map being corrupt, since it used to work.
