CVS down?

I can't get latest CVS, seems like CVS at SF is down, I get the following:

cvs [login aborted]: recv() from server cvs.sourceforge.net: EOF
cvs [checkout aborted]: recv() from server cvs.sourceforge.net: EOF

I know this a SourceForge issue, but anyone know if this is a permanent error or if I can just make a script that retries?

keep retrying.. sometimes takes me 30 tries
