But I get the following error "Couldnt open macro file: C:(my directory)command.mac"

If I type /mac setup

The error is

Couldnt open macro file (my folder)\setup.mac"

etc.

Can anyone tell me what I messed up?

You may need to check your Macroquest.ini file to make sure MQ2 is looking for the mac in the same directory you left it in. You will get that error message if the file is not in the expected sub folder.

What macro are you trying to run? Do you have one called Setup in your Macros folder? Should be something like C:\MQ2\Macros\Setup.mac. If not that would be the issue. Are you running a custom mac you wrote or one someone else wrote? If someone else wrote it, what one is it so we can point you in the right direction?
