Forum manintenance

We have gone through and done a cleanup of the groups on the boards. This means users who were not supposed to have access to certain groups have been removed from them.

This includes a massive cleanup of users from the builders and vip groups; as well as non-existant users. The main result should be improved performance of the forums.

If you were one of the users affected and you feel that you should have access to a group you were removed from, get in touch with EqMule or myself.
