Help with chat commands

I'm really starting to write some advanced group/power leveling macros, and I was just wonder if there was a way to take a command that was sent and break it into two parts.

For example. if you wanted to bot a cleric and you wanted it to heal someone that's not in your group.

/tell ubercleric heal dumbassplayer

I know the character name you sent the tell from will be $p1
I know that heal would be $p2
What I want to know is if dumbassplayer could be $p3
