How about specifics...
"only a set few" doesn't tell anyone anything useful.

It might actually help if you tell us exactly what you're doing to find these mystery 352 minute reuse timers.

Set your computer clock correctly. Thats most likely the problem.

Kujoe-
Give us the code that you type in to give the incorrect time information.
PS: I particularly enjoy knowing your char name and server. Can always lead to interesting fun.

ok there is no code for the items i use, the items have a right click effect,
these effects have a recast timer set for each item or disc, the timers that are messed up atm r Discipline - Beastial Fury (recast 25.5min) (bug recast 127hr 36min 17sec) Mad rods (recast 5min) (bug recast 127hr 36min 17sec) item - Mirrored mask (recast 1min 20sec) (bug recast 335hr 16min 37sec)
these r the current timers that r set by SoE for the items/disc and teh bugged time it is saying to wait, i am not using any commands or any macros to use these, they just pop up on a totally wrong timer..

What is this . . . an aol chat room?
Have you tried with MQ not loaded to see if you get the wrong times in the tool tips?

I just tested this with Healing Potion X and it is showing the correct reuse time of 2:00 (two minutes).
I suspect it may be because your computer system clock is wrong... as someone else suggested. Assuming that could be a reason.

This happened to me once after I changed my motherboard. My computer was set 1 year off, correct day month and time, just year was wrong and the timers were all messed up.
