Compile error May 04 2005 release

I have tried compiling the new May 04 2005 release and have been getting errors. I have tried using VS6C++ with service 6 and also .NET 2003 C++. Both return the following error when trying to compile MQ2Main.dll. The following is linked from VS6C++.

oh, I am running XP pro with sp2 if that matters at all to you.
