Noob help me to use this please.

Ok so I have heard about this all the time playing EQ but never tried to learn to use it.

Basicly Im back in game after a long abcense and am now playing a lowbie wizzy. I pretty much want something I can set to kill the same NPC over and over while Im not playing. Im sure it exists so if someone could point me in the right direction and help me to set it up it would be amazing.
