Zip updated. All known MQ2-specific issues resolved (tested compiling with VC6, fixed solution and build order etc) and yes this includes the regen.

About when u dont get Macroquest.exe

Before batch compiling :
- go in Project / Setting
- Choose macroquest
- in General
Change the output file from ../Release to Release
- in link
Change the output file name from ../Release/Macroquest.exe to Release/Macroquest.exe
- Press ok
- Batch build again ... it gonna work now ;)

I'll verify that and update as necessary, thanks for the report

Edit: Nope, it is absolutely correct in the newest zip. MacroQuest.exe goes in the same release directory everything else goes in :P

Zip just updated again, only added "mkplugin" to automate correctly creating plugins. The MQ2PluginDevelopment.html file has been updated accordingly.

Zip updated, added API support for drawing to the HUD (like the ping/packet loss indicator). MQ2FPS now displays current frames per second calculation under the packet loss indicator and uses the calculations to accurately control the FPS count. Previously, the plugin would sleep for x amount of time based on the maxfps given, which resulted in lower framerates than you would think you're asking for. Now, it will keep the framerate right at the maxfps given if at all possible.

Zip updated, fixed a problem with RemoveCommand not removing commands.

Also, MQ2EQBugFix plugin was added to  Fix bugs in EQ. First up, the camp to char select crash. EQ is smart enough to try to access data at a null pointer in some cases, in a journal npc related function. Oh wait, that's not smart at all! So this bug is fixed if you have the MQ2EQBugFix plugin loaded. <--- MQ2 Contributes to the stability of EQ!
