Problem with new messages not displaying.

All forums need a place for all the posts for people in the community to rant about things not relating to what the forum is about. This is that forum.

Problem with new messages not displaying.

Post by Synicasm » Tue May 24, 2005 5:58 pm

Everyday at about noon my time ( PST) which I have set in profile I come here to read the "New" messages. I look down the left comumn to see which boards have new messages based on the legend at the bottom of the page and go read them.. well I noticed that in the last couple weeks there are new messages in other posts/message boards that are not flagged as new but are truly new to me since my last visit.

Any clue why this may be?

I just know I am missing out on something really important someone posted....I am sure..

If you use the RSS feed at all, it will mark messages as read automatically. And yes, I saw your message yesterday.
Reading . . . it's not just for me.

I dont use the RSS Feeds... I couldnt find a easy way to "ADBLOCK" out the bouncing boobies etc..

I think I have figured out a solution that seems to work for me thou. I simply log in everytime I come to the forums and quit being lazy and having it autologin.
