Request for guide to build with non expiring MS tools

Until recently there has been an extremely helpful guide posted on these boards, "Building MQ2 for free with non-expiring MS tools" which was located at http://www.macroquest2.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8897 and no longer exists. If someone could either update the Wiki with a post that is helpful like this or if someone could respond here with the answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I requested in the Wiki a guide such as this, I've spent a lot of time and hope I've done this process correctly.

I have a question, there used to be a very detailed guide on the boards called "Compiling MQ2 using Non-Expiring MS Tools" (or like that) and I am unable to find it. If anyone has that copied or knows how to do it all themselves it would be very helpful if it were posted here (cannot find where the post on the board has gone to). Thank you and feel free to delete this once a guide is posted.

You're a fucking moron.

First of all, you ignored the instructions, which explicitly state that you should not refer to yourself as "I". Secondly, the wiki is a reference, not a forum -- all you did was put there what your message here would have said otherwise. Finally, you actually edited the same damn page that has a section titled "[[MacroQuest2:Compiling#Compiling_for_free_with_non-expiring_MS_tools|Compiling for free with non-expiring MS tools]]" -- which I should remove anyway.
