problem running macros

ok,

had 1st go at running MQ - tried the fishing.mac. Didnt work, just got loads of msgs up that You no longer have a target, and then couldnt find a bait, couldnt find a lure and then kills the macro.

What am i doing wrong? Do i need fishing grubs, pole etc in certain locations? What screen size should i use? which screen should i be on?
