The other day I was working on my magicians epic, and a fairy guard popped in Lfay. I killed the guard but her entire corpse fell inside one of those big mushrooms.

Needless to say I was mad, but then I remembered a piece of code I saw somewhere, and I typed it into the MQ2 window, this could also be considered a code snippet.

Code: Select all

/target item corpse
/loot
If that fails I have also gotten

Code: Select all

/target item corpse
/click right target
To work.

I had the above work when I was camping najena, she was killed behind that locked door, and I really wanted her cloak. But she was too far away too loot. I looted her (shame she had no cloak though)

Bah! I just thought it might be useful to someone who would like to loot through an obstruction.
It does exactly what I said it will do, and even though I've actually seen it in a few macros, I haven't seen it used quite for this particular purpose. And I'm not seeing anyother snippets that do this function.

Make this a hotkey

Due to a bug since the Dx9 patches, I have found it hard to target and loot a corpse while mounted.

By making this a hotkey, I no longer suffer this problem (at least when it's not patch day)
