Beep not working ?

Hi folks,

i'm currently using the 2/25/04 build of MQ2. My first attempt at using MQ. Thanks to all the good info and docs i was able to easily compile and get a few macros up and running.

However i can't seem to get the /beep command to work. MQ takes the command but i don't hear a beep or any sound. I'm not sure if the sound is desgined to come out of my PC Speaker or the sound card. I've verified that both are working.

Any ideas why this isn't working ?

You have volume turned up? hehe. Not sure if this would matter or not, but do you have sound turned on in eq options?
