FEAT REQ:MQ Window Settings Retention

I haven't dl'd and recompiled since the Nov 5 patch, but prior to the patch, the biggest inconvenience I'd had was having to reset the MQ window settings every time I log in a char. In order to see the text very well, I've always set the background tint to black, and set the faded view to 100% so the window was always up and visible. If MQ could somehow save these settings so I wouldn't have to always reset everytime I log in a char, that would be swell.

It's saving the settings now. Wasn't a couple days ago for some reason.

/chatfontsize is supposed to change the font size in game ... not sure if it will apply to the MQ window though.
