Help!!! Am I A Complete idiot ?

okay I've searched through every single topic looking for anything in regards to getting started using MacroQuest on EQ and I still can't get anything done with it in game. Or else I am completely blind even with corrective lenses

I downloaded the latest stable build last night then re-dl it this morning just to make sure I hadn't gotten a corrupted file. and I still cannot get MacroQuest to work. Is there an actual step by step guide somewhere cause even the Readme that came with the Dl is of no help to me. Or else I am a complete idiot and shouldn't be using the program anyway.

All Flames aside I really would like to use this prog to enhance my EQ play so any and all help would be greatly appreciated

You're not a complete idiot =) The problem is, the latest stable doesn't work anymore because of the patch last wednesday. Plazmic is going to release a new one tonight.

As far as I know even tonight release w/n work fully with the new UI. If you were having problems using the latest stable version 2002-070-06 under the old UI you might have other issues. For me, I always do a "/who npc" to see if MQ is running, that command seems to work.If it doesn't check the systry to make sure MQ is loaded(prior to EQ). Also I had to setup MacroQuest.ini to have the full path name of some features do not work. Downlowd tonights version and good luck.

Flash: 06 should not work with either UI as of 07/24 when they patched in the new UI simply because of the offsets changed. Though we will see tonight.

Thanks Xaanin, I ment to say if youngglove had problems prior to the patch he might have had other problems.
