You might be interested in the fact that Magelo still hasn't managed to get a working version of their update program released after the LoY patch. And he's talking about releasing a gimped version where it'll only work on one character then you have to restart EQ to get data on another character.

And Magelo just READS the eq data, doesn't try to modify anything, how much harder must it be to get something like MQ working?

But on the other hand, Plaz needs to post here, even if it's just a "F off all you whiners!" post. Or someone that knows Plaz personally needs to give us the scoop.

heh from the last 2 months I've seen there are a lot of people who are more 'up' on eqgame hacking than Plaz. Plaz did a great job setting up the project but as an open source community waiting on a person who doesnt communicate with others is the way to let the project die.

When those of us who can get some time we can work on the fix (as some already have been).
