Mouse control problem

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post or if the innerspace forums would be better. please advise.

I have decided to try and make the transition over to Innerspace. I have purchased the software and downloaded and installed it ok. Upon my few first attempts to run IS, it seems i have a big problem over mouse control. I launch EQ from within the IS console and the game runs ok with only one error.. either i have no mouse control at all, or the mouse works, but if i try to use the mouse to interact with the games UI, its as if the game does not exist the mouse clicks through EQ on to whatever is behind, and as soon as i click it minimizes EQ and activates whatever was behind..

My question is, do i have an error in which i havnt set it up properly, or do i need to do something to force the mouse to focus on EQ itself?

I'll reply here just cuz I saw this just now. I have the same problem with my laptop, but only during the login phase, and with ONLY Innerspace running. Not ISXEQ, and mainly only when my IRC client program is running. But it could be other programs also, depends on the "active" state of other programs I think. Problem goes away after finishing login, and entering the world.
Workaround for now that I use, is to use TAB and ENTER keys to select login options. Get to game and all is fine.

I'll wake the dead here and say I have the same problem. Logging in doesn't make the issue go away for me though. I can't use IS at all with eq. I can't click anywhere in the game or eq minimizes. My mouse clicks act as if eq is not even running!
