can't kill cheese it just wont die
cant stop posting its dumb to try
every time u look it catches your eye
and the voices in your head make u hit reply.

so u hit reply and u type another rhyme
haven't hit this thread in quite some time
still remember when this thread was in it's prime
being here high and rhyming feels so sublime.

a wizard am I, a wizard yes I be
hit you with a fireball just to help me see
clearing me a path, using comets made of ice
was that a newbie in my way? next time he'll think twice.

then POOF I vanish, to reappear so far away
that for most lesser mortals, the trip would take all day
then POOF I'm gone again, invis to all but a few
as I look for a suitable victim who will die without a clue.

I spot some ice giants, and pick the biggest one
his feet adheres to ground, and now begins the fun.
dark clouds come overhead as I call some lightning down
the BOOMs shake the ground as the bolts begin to pound

the giant roars with rage as he yanks his feet free
i take a few steps back as he charges right for me.
but he doesn't get far before his feet are stuck once more
and I laugh my ass off as his ashes hit the floor.

then POOF I'm gone again and I'm suddenly at home
set aside my staff of flames and pick up my staff of chrome
hang up my wizard hat and my trusty robes of power
my flappy starts beatboxin' as my rappin' fills my tower.

once a time, upon this board
an unsung newbie struck his chord
twas boisterous, if a wee bit flat
but so determined he would hack
he researched, studied, bought some books

but error logs soon made their case -

why no progress? Here's a hint:

i've got no pointer to that struct

but microsoft had hit its stride)

here's one to make you tug your hair
you've got a sub, but no declare
i found a bracket with no pair
and if that's not cross to bear
i can't convert from constant char
i'd best let on, i think it fair
the problem lies 'twixt keys and chair

lol now that my background music is paused and I'm re-reading that it sounds alot more like a poem then a rap. ah well.

I was thinking that good rap has poetic cadance to it. Good rap flows, and doesn't need to be forced.

glad this thread got unlocked again, after I posted that last one I came up with a much better one, but when I went to post it this thread was suddenly locked. figures, now I forgot it.

Ahh well, I'm sure i'll come up with many more before this thread is dead for good.
