I don't know about macro'ing the rearranging, but there is a feature to help at least see what's where. /banklist will supply you a listing of each bank slot and what's in it (no quantities though). Could use that to at least figure out where you have dupes. Hope that's at least a smidge helpful :)

I've been putting a large INI together too Zalhain, and I've just been running the name all together becuase I wasn't sure -- i.e. metalbits. For some that have combines under different skills, I just add a tag on the end to specify which recipe it is (since they'll be different containers) -- i.e. ...
