There's eve-radio... why not EQ radio?

I was thinking about this yesterday, since I'm starting a radio station for my guild that will do requests... I'd like to make a plugin or something that would log tells when they come in, and add to a txt file or something with requests of the songs that are coming up... Or even better, if they have the song name, have it enque it in winamp automatically..
Anyone think this is possible or even probable?
Rough sketch idea... open to suggestions of course

it may be rough to have it automatically enqueued in winamp.. but a macro that watches/logs tells would be no problem at all... especially if you specified a format for song requests.
ie: #1# tells you:#2# - #3#
This would match the event:
user01 tells you: Artist1 - Song1.
Then all you'd have to do is use /mqlog to record it in the format you wanted (I think). This could be done in a macro pretty easily, but you'd have to find someone who knew more about writing the macros than I do if you actually want source code :)

Dose Mq just send the key storkes to eq or is it like entering them on the keybaord? If it is like the key baord it could be done by using the Jump command in winamp. Then having the macro type in what the sender tells them but i am not sure if it dose. Just a random though
