visual c++ intro edition

Ok, I fully expect to get flamed here, but if someone could help me with this the abuse will be worth it.
The only compiler I have is the c++ 6 intro edition (I am not a programmer or anything, just started learning for the sake of learning). I can compile mq2 and run it, but I get about 12 different pop ups while loading reminding me that I can't make exe's for distribution purposes. That's fine.. I don't want to redistribute mq2 and am not allowed to if I did. I would love to get rid of these damned nag screens though.
I've scoured the net and found a few ways to do it, one of which ways, does work on every other program I've written with it except the compiled version of mq2. Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of them? (if I could just reduce it to one or two that would be fine too lol).
