After an influx of retards from other boards and people that learned about macroquest from their friend's friend and have NO computer knowledge whatsoever... read the manual please!
Place this in your eqgame.ini file in your macroquest directory. delete what was there.
If you cant understand that, there will be no help for you on the IRC chat rooms nor this board... Im gonna nuke every question about offsets I see.
Its all here folks
thanks to Gnum / Crack for offsets

Do a "search" on client version. RTFM should apply to RTFB too cause this is where you will learn alot. Yeah, that's Read The Fuckin Boards.

Heh, i am SOO on the boat with Magnus on this.
I swear, I feel like InterNet Preschool just let out or something. I give em about a month till they think they are cool and start making bigger idiots of themselves by talking in "leetspeak".

What the hell ever.. I appreciate the time you all put into this.. I deleted the fucking eqgame.ini file.. and recreated it with what you put in this thread. That make you happy jackass? I did it and its not happening "EXACLTY" as the preschool teacher told me..
So either offer somthing fruitful and help cause im being polite and asking or just dont reply.
BTW i used newb as a reference to not being new to this. Ive played this game for 2 and half years and never used your term leetspeak.
So offer some help if you could if you dont know the answer then say so..
Again ive deleted like you posted and recreated and copied the text you have in the first post here into that notepad file. It gives me wrong client version and locks up the machine.

So start with a search on "client and version" and your teacher will be proud you retained the valuable information she handed down to you.
Playing EQ and using MQ are 2 entirely seperate things. Being good at EQ means dick for your MQ abilities around here. Being Lazy and not looking around for stuff just annoys the hell out of those of us that know a thing or 2.
It's not like you're asking about variables or #events or even arrays at this pt. You're asking something so basic it's in about a dozen of the posts on offsets and more.
Teacher taught to you to read in pre-skool didn't she? So why don't you apply some of those skills on this basic question and figure it out. Post again when you're really needing help with a Macro and it's inner workings. We're getting kinda fed up with all the Kiddie-Hackers that have migrated from another well-known site over to here using a single macro to make plat and whining cause it won't work for them.
So yeah, we're a bit fed up with the noob questions. If that don't apply to you then just read the boards and you'll answer your own question.

I say you lock the site or project to public.. You know Noobs are flooding in and will keep from certain other sites.... Keep it public code to existing members, from what I have seen and read your not going to get much better input from people than what you have already. Its a good community now, intelligent posts ect ect...
BTW I know my account was just created today but I want to keep a consistant handle accross boards so I made this today.

Thanks for the civil reply.
I dont use MQ for anything other than seeing creatures/mobs etc that are up.
Ill read through the boards and try and fix a problem that I may have created.
And again thanks for providing a very useful tool that was not ment as an exploit for those who use it in ways you didnt not intend it.

I have the same problem when i paste them in. my client date is always 1 hour before the time you guys have posted in the offsets! you trying to fook with us all?

j/k about that, i just change it to the right client version(whatever eqgame i am using), and it works fine! we dont have daylight savings time, so i think that is the problem(either when Calif. is on daylight savings or not on it), but it could just be i am an hour ahead of everyone else! Anywho, common sense here, people. If you're having the problem, and others aren't, maybe its your own damned fault.
