Question about the extra attributes on item dialog boxes

Have a question about the extra dialog on the Item dialog boxes. When you pull up the stats for an Item it shows Value, Lore information and what not. Is there anyway to put this information into a string.
What i am trying to do, and i understand that this is a bit dangerous is to make the Bazaar dumpster diving macro a little more intuitive. To where it compares the Value of the item in from that dialog to what is listed price if it in the bazaar is with probably a percentage modifier and if it is lower then that to go buy it.
