puller assist, send in pet macro request.

Hey guys, first of all thanks for any help provided on this.
what i am looking for is a macro that will assist the puller and send his pet to attack. I would like to add in later on waiting so long and casting like tash or a nuke or something. but base code i would like is it to moniter group chat and act upon a certain INC message.
/macro kill.mac bobthepuller thats what i would like to use making the puller a variable so that it can change with whoever is pulling at the time.
then the macro would assist bobthepuller send pet in.
would be nice also if the macro was quiet and dorment till a certain phrase is said. at this moment if it can be coded to act upon anything that is said with INC in it that would rock but if it has to be a certain message thats cool also.
i would also like to add in wait 10 seconds cast tash then cast slow or whatever, which is really easy but the above assisting and sending pet would just rock if someone has the time to do this.
Also on the spell casting if there is a way to add that in the start of the macro so its a variable so i can changge it up on what spells to cast would be awesome but hard coded for slow and tash would be just perfect also.
Any kind of base code or the whole thing would be much appreciated
