MQ window

sorry for noob question and all but here it is.
everything works fine after lastest patch but i have one problem or what i think is a problem. after i log in to a toon and use the MQ window then go to log out i pop to the character select screen but the MQ window that is there still has all my commands and what happened when i used those commands. this has never happened before, normally when i log off and pop to character screen i get an empty MQ window that says MQ loaded.
is there a problem or is this ok? like i said, im a noob
