Question about spamming /sit off

Hi all, I'm Trying to incoperate a function to Basicly always be spamming /sit off to my tanking script. I can handle makeing it auto taunt / kick / incite and stuff.. i just want some code to ALWAYS be spamming /sit off, no matter what else the macro is doing, weather it be taunting or doing nothing else at all.. Whats the best way to get this done?

just put this in your combat loop
