Well the person who sent the mistell is a gnome, that much we know.

So we have to take a few things into consideration. They like playing tiny, playful races.

So either we have a really femine male who doesn't realize it, or a female who is trying to look sexy on a thing that would make a normal man cringe. It's kinda freaky either way you look at it. Like some sort of bad midget fetish.

It made its' way to pretty much every guild message board on my server shortly after it happened.
I was 'lucky' enough to be on line when it happened, quite a laugh, and apparently he was never able to live it down either, I found that image on what seems to be the site of the guild he moved on to a few years later:
