Figured out why MQ2Map crashes with ground spawns...

MQ2Main.dll::GetFriendlyNameForGroundSpawn() allocates the string
MQ2Map.dll tries to free it...

Bad Thing (tm): Do NOT free another DLL's allocations...

New API needed: FreeGroundSpawnName() or similar...
