Very simple, very useful. Don't use it with malicious intent, please. As explained within the comments, I created it to get first dibs on spectral and ethereal parchments when they're called FFA on raids. Don't be lame.
Code: Select all
ninja.mac
| Ninja Looter by elretardo
|
| This is NOT for malicious use. I made it to loot spectral/ethereal parchments
| when they're called FFA on raids. Don't use this script to be lame, please.
|
| Usage: Just target the corpse and set a hotkey to /macro ninja
|
#turbo 100
sub Main
/if $target()==FALSE {
/echo Target a corpse first.
/endmacro
} else {
:lewp
/loot
/goto :lewp
}
/return
I must go, for there they go and I am their leader.

I'd think this would be useful for just clearing corpses while botting alone, nice idea. I'd never run this when other people were around, that's just wrong, learn to ninja loot the old fashioned way =-)

What's the old fashioned way? A hotkey with /loot on it?

For LDoN missions when I'm ML I made a hotkey with:
/target corpse
/pause 2
/loot

trees do not need much money

I see a good usefor this in places like Ice Well Keep where newbies gather for easy to get no drop armor and loot wars are often the result

how would you edit this to jump on the corpse right after the mob dies? without having to target?

Same idea as the rest of the script, but it targets the nearest corpse within a certain number of units, runs to it, and brings up the loot screen.
Not too pretty, but it works...
Code: Select all
#turbo
Sub Main
/cleanup
/target corpse radius 250
/stand
:Loop
/face fast
/if n $target(distance)>15 /sendkey down up
/if n $target(distance)<=15 {
/sendkey up up
/loot
/return
}
/delay 0
/if "$target()"=="TRUE" /goto :Loop
/return
Edit: Demorphina's suggestion.

Pretty sure you can change
Code: Select all
Sub Main
/press ESC
/press ESC
/press ESC
to
To streamline. I know its small, but its less lines to process :)

How about varsetting your living target name + 's corpse then spamming /tar @corpsename and /loot alternating?

Now you know I've been spending too much time in the mouse code... there's a /loot command?

Yeah in game if you have a corpse targeted you can type /loot and it will open the loot window.

The "old-fashioned" way to ninja-loot was to have a social defined, with 5 lines of /loot on it. Much quicker than someone trying to spam right-click a corpse. This macro simply does the same thing, over and over again till the corpse opens up.
