Therefore, I am going to help that process along by breaking down the file into manageble sections, posting them here, and having *EVERYONE* submit new wording, changes.
PLEASE read through everything here and help us by replying with sections that you wish to have rewritten. Please (/quote) the section you're changing, then just type in what you want it to say. Don't worry so much about formatting, etc...I'll take care of that.
ALSO, please feel free to write any ADDITIONS that you feel need to be ADDED to this file.

[b]Enabling[/b]
You must enable the telnet server in macroquest.ini's [Telnet Server] section.
You need to set "Enabled=1" and set a valid "Port=###"
Also, please set a "Welcome=message" and definately a private "Password=junk"
[b]Using[/b]
Use a real telnet client. (Putty works well for this)
Connect to the system running EQ/MQ using the port you have in your ini.
You should see your Welcome message and a password prompt. (Enter it ;)
Anything you type into the telnet session will be sent to the client and excuted directly (like a macro statement)
Any chat output will be sent to your telnet session.

/telnet: Displays a list of all remote IP addresses for open telnet sessions.
[b]Ending[/b]
Just close your session, MQ will clean up when it notices the socket is gone.
