MacroQuest64

Through the help of one of the admins i was able to get the program called hummingbird SOCKS which allows you to redirect (i suppose all?) or your internet traffic accross a socks proxy. I am finding it to be very useful but i cannot seem to get it to intercept everquest

I tried adding the lines
BIND-MODULE eqgame )
BIND-MODULE everquest )

but i'm still having no luck. If anybody could post there working everquest socks.cnf files it would be a great help to me and if others are trying to get this program it is available at http://www.pfcsystems.com/cscamper/Down ... umming.zip

I am begining to wonder if it is at all possible to use remote
proxies in everquest. It seems everquest.exe will use them
fine but when it comes to eqgame then it denies all my
attempts to socksify or proxify it in any way. So i would like
to further open up this thread for ANY posts on the use of
proxies or even people you have heard about using them.

is this for the EQ EMU ? Whywould you run EQgame.exe for dev or something ?

Does the proxy support UDP as well as TCP?

EverQuest uses UDP as well as TCP.

Your SOCKS server use SOCKS 4 or 5 ?
