Bug in _SPELLBUFF structure...

Post by NealThorpayt » Thu Mar 20, 2003 2:07 am

Greetings Constructs,

There is a bug in the current structure for spell buffs. The problem is in the position of the Level and SpellID. The old code in MQ.h was:

Code: Select all

typedef struct _SPELLBUFF
{
	WORD  Unknown0000;
	BYTE  Level;
	BYTE  Unknown0003;
	WORD  Unknown0004;
	WORD  SpellID;
	DWORD Duration;
	DWORD Unknown0012;
} SPELLBUFF, *PSPELLBUFF;
The new FIXED code is:

Code: Select all

typedef struct _SPELLBUFF {
	BYTE		Unknown0000;
	BYTE		Level;
	WORD		Unknown0002;
	WORD		SpellID;
	WORD		Unknown0006;
	DWORD		Duration;
	DWORD		Unknown;
} SPELLBUFF, *PSPELLBUFF;
End of line...
By the pricking of my thumb, something wicked this way comes...

SPELLBUFF and CHARINFO struct changes tested and added to CVS.

Thanks you, NealThorpayt!
