Your going to need to match the MQ build to the eqgame.exe build. Same as every time there is a patch on live, and your MQ won't work until a new build is made to match it.

Don't have my links handy, but there is a previous build download section.

You probably want to figure out which emu your playing on, then do a search for posts concerning which build to use.

If you have the right build already, then you need to realize that there have been a number of changes added to MQ that won't be in the build you are using.

Which means if the macros you are using have been updated to utilize these changes (like /useitem ) then your macros won't work. You will need older versions or need to edit them yourself to work with the build your using.

The live MQ2 source code is way ahead of most the emu versions i.e. new commands and changes. Macros written for Live could easily break on old MQ2 compiles simply because the commands aren't there or have changed.
You would have to fix the macros error by error.
