im doing as the wiki and manual says to do im double clicking the MQ2Auth file. when i do this a box pops up for a sec and disappears, no files are produced. ive tried running as admin by right clicking and opening. any ideas?

That's expected behaviour. It creates (or appends to) the file MQ2Auth.h in the MQ2Main folder.
