I'm a bit of a simpleton on programming, please help.

Ok, I know this might be frustrating for some of you who might consider it a stupid question...but honestly, the wiki and such hasn't helped me a lot, most people in game are unwilling to help for whatever reason and I'm just pulling out hair.
I downloaded SOD, and got an SOD mq2 install, and have mq2 running and /macro follow working,
I am wanting to setup an eqbc system because i've read follow works better this way, and then i can use my other computer and box a second group and still control it from group 1.
I would like to just get some basis done really, nothing complex, I want my melee to autoposition behind and attack during fights, and use their kicks and such. I'd like to eventually move up to include some command from my warrior that turns on all my toons offensive discs or defensive or resist /fearless discs, etc. and have my healers/casters autobuffing and autohealing...but for now, I would just love to get my melee to fight on their own and keep me from having to switch around all the time to kick.
