MacroQuest64

I tried 3 different times from start to finish starting fresh everytime and i alway get the same result. when I go to compile MQ2main it gets to the end and i get the error Project : error PRJ0003 : Error spawning 'cmd.exe'.
I have lookin in the forums and the wiki and there is nothing on this subject. i was using the VS express to compile MQ2. any ideas?

I added in this information and gave some suggestions on trying different things... they didnt work for me but might work for others. When I find out how I fix this then I will add that in there as well

i checked my directories like it says and all of mine are $ and not %. i dont know how to use that command line or where to put it. i use the check button and no errors came up for the directories....i got it now thanx, those entries needed to be added in as well
