I have 2 accts 1 has my playing characters and the other has my cleric, or cleric wanna be.... but what I was thinking was that I could make a script that detects when a /tell is recieved and then just use hottbutton so that I won't have to worry about any confusing scripts... if somone could help me I'd really appericiate it.

MQ@MasterMind in VIP does that for you, you can send slash commands via tells.

Consider using IRC instead of /tell to send commands. MQ2IRC works well, IRCXpro server is free to download and easy to configure.

I use MQ2Eqbc and MQ2Melee to remote control several characters from one box.

Its kinda lame but I just use the same hotbuttons I use when I play the toons manually for things like slow, snare, nuke, etc..., and just press those hotbuttons remotely with local hotbuttons that have commands like:

Local Hotbutton 1 "SNASH" (Snare+Tash heh)
/bc RemoteDruid01 //keypress 2 (presses the "Snare" button on druid)
/bc RemoteChanter01 //keypress 2 (presses the "Tash" button on chanter)

This isn't as sophisticated as a macro that checks for resists and fizzles, but for basic exp grouping or PL sessions it is perfectly acceptible
