Building Macroquest

It seems i have done everything i used seq on mandrake couple years ago.. The thing im having a problem with is i cannot find the buildbutton/command it says to use in visual basic (censor: i'm an idiot; please ignore me) Studio can someone please help me...

Show me where it says to use visual basic (censor: i'm an idiot; please ignore me) Studio to build MQ2.

It is visual studio c++ where do i find build button command?

Select Build -> Set Active Config and select MQ2main. Click OK
Select Build -> Build MQ2main.dll or press F7
Select Build -> Batch Build. Make sure everything in the batch build window that says release has a check by it.
Click the Build button. All should compile with no errors or warnings.

Well Im pretty new to this myself. but using VS 2003. when you click the solution in the right hand corner. you get the build tab across the top you can drop down and choose what to build.

or right click the solution itself and choose to build

I don't really agree with this, they are talking about a supported way of compiling that is outlined in the wiki. Granted, it doesn't take a genius to find the build menu, but that doesn't mean it is a taboo subject.
